Custom Orders:
All tapestry designs are fully customizable. After your purchase, you must submit your desired photos with your order number to contact@gorjazz.com within 72 hours.
Orders without photos submitted will be cancelled after 72 hours. 

Shipping:
Orders are made and shipped within 3-4 weeks.
Holidays can cause unexpected delays so please order accordingly
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Signature for delivery is required for all custom orders
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. You must contact USPS for any issues with delivery once your order has shipped.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
All custom/made to order designs are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.
All digital files are non-refundable. This includes patterns, tutorials, vendor lists, templates, etc.  
Sewing Orders placed within 48 hours are eligible for cancellation.
After 48 hours orders can not be cancelled.

Order Status
Orders take approx. 3-4 weeks to ship. Please do not contact us for order status if it has not been at least 3 weeks. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has actually shipped. You will not receive any updates before then.
We respond back to order statuses via email at contact@gorjazz.com Monday- Friday.
